Auxilius Heavy Industries (AHI) is a provider of various wind turbine focused maintenance and repair services across the United States.

We are seeking candidates having prior experience performing wind turbine blade repairs.  Prior experience is a requirement.


  • Two (2) or more years of experience performing the following types of blade repairs:  Lightning strikes, cosmetic work, receptor replacement, leading edge protection installation, cracks, leading and trailing edge repairs.
  • Utilizing patterns, templates, and layouts.
  • Experience working with chemicals and composites.
  • Experience grinding, sanding, cutting, filling, trimming, measuring, inspecting, smoothing, and feathering.
  • Solid understand and knowledge of the metric system.
  • Ability to work at heights with a co-worker from a basket for extended periods of time.
  • Be punctual (on-time) and able to work long hours.
  • Safety conscious, follow process and procedures, work in a team environment, and ability to work safely at heights.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, supervisors, and home office to ensure plans are carried out safely and effectively.
  • Completing and submitting various reports in a timely manner.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time, able to work in any state in the US, and be on a particular job-site for up to several months at a time.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Pass a drug test.
  • $24-30/hour depending on experience and qualifications
  • $105 Daily Per Diem Allowance
  • $500 Travel Voucher
  • Rest and Recuperation every 8 weeks
  • Paid Training
All candidates that do not currently possess the standard safety training certificates, will be required to participate in company provided training prior to work on any job site.
